This utility will examine your system configuration and detect all CD-RW drives installed. It will then check the firmware revision of the drive and judge whether your system requires a firmware update or not. If required, it will prompt you to run the appropriate firmware update program for your drive.
This firmware package updates the following CD-RW drives:
- UJDA-310V-BM (Kyushu Matsushita)
- CRX-700E (SONY)
- CD-W28E (TEAC)
This firmware package is supported on the following IBM ThinkPad systems:
- ThinkPad A20m, A20p
- ThinkPad A21e, A21m, A21p
- ThinkPad A22e, A22m, A22p
- ThinkPad A30, A30p, A31/A31p
- ThinkPad T20, T21, T22, T23
- ThinkPad T30
- ThinkPad iSeries 1800
