im using the same model of laptop,,, my problem is there is no light in the monitor,,, but i can icon and other images in the desktop its only dark as if no light in LCD,,, i check the brightness its ok,,, all are working music all program only the dark screen is the problem,,, its really hard to see images with dark screen,,, hope you can help me

I have lg r400 model,why I cannot use my LG recovery center,when i run on the screen it appear the open and save but when i click this button, I can`t OPEN the file.download running continuously.Thanks for your reply.
i have a LGR400 laptop, its not booting up, but when i switch power button there is light on the power led indicator, and the HDD indicator flashes only for 3 seconds then gone, can you help what is the problem, thank you

To download the R400 notebook user manual, and find the BIOS battery, unplug it, wait a minute, then plug the battery. I don’t know whether this can help it.
