It’s nice, except for the application driver :Dell PC Tune Up Stand Alone, v.1.0, A00 (9 MB). which did not work, the complain is that “there was an error while opening” or the file has been deleted or its name has been changed, please help us solve this problem as soon as possible, thanks in advance.

i just bought a used vostro, and i need to know what i need to look for and where to look, to find out what all this laptop has on it…can somebody help?
The restore discs shipped WITH the Vostro 1000 laptop I was forced to reload included one video driver that is apparently not the correct one. On Dell’s site, they also have only one video driver for this laptop that is also not correct. This site and this page have a link to the correct driver for this laptop. Kudos.
my dell vostro 1000 laptop cannot install any VGA drivers on XP hence i am now operating without any enhancements. of course i am disgruntled because there is a lot i am missing out on. somebody pls help.thanks

I put Windows 7 Ultimate on this laptop. Everything is fine, but i cant get the Screensaver to cut on. I can preview it but it wont cut on by itself. Even if i set it to 1 minute. Can anyone offer any help with this issue please?
